All one-on-one coaching programs are customized for the unique needs of each client. Here is a typical structure for the FLEX program:

Session 1: Assessment of your unique situation, needs, and goals; discussion of where you are in the design process and what type of educational event or product you want to create. Cover the Cascading Design Process. Give assignment.

Session 2: Cover the 4 Adult Learning Styles, and your learning style. Review previous assignment and give new assignment.

Sessions 3 - 4: Explore concepts, challenges, and strategies, as needed. Review previous assignment and give new assignment. 

Session 5: Review previous assignment. Explore outstanding issues. Discuss promotion and enrollment tools. Celebrate success. Determine next steps.
