The Life coaching I have gotten from Paul took me totally by surprise. To be honest I did not really understand the whole concept. I mean why on earth would you need coaching for life? After all isn't that what we do every day of our lives? Well after about the first month I realized that a lot of the exercises Paul was having me do really did have merit and, in fact, were changing the way I was looking at the way I was living my life. 

Paul's coaching was both firm and nurturing at the same time. When I need a kick to get me going I got that. When I needed time Paul gave me that as well.  It's been a rare and wonderful thing to get to share my life with Paul. The steps I have made from Life Coaching have given me a perspective that I can readily use to improve and recognize how I am approaching life.

Paul has coached me through a total change in my life focus, in my life's work. Paul is first and foremost a compassionate listener. He truly listens to what you are saying.
